Courtney Clay

A short film project for my capstone at Northeastern University, featuring a post-apocalyptic world populated by robots. For this project, I modeled the characters, did lighting and look development, and created environment assets. A small and very helpful team of animators, modelers, and a rigging TD helped with the rest.

Programs used include ZBrush, Maya, Vray, Substance Designer, Substance Painter, and Speedtree Modeller.

Here are some 3D stills that I’ve created. The robot was a fun project for university, and the school bus and pumpkin were quick renders for work events at the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority.

Bones and muscles of a human head. Each individual muscle sculpted and painted in ZBrush, rendered with Maya/Vray. Created as an anatomy study for an animation course at Northeastern University.
